一、论坛简介
西安邮电大学第二届“国际青年学者论坛”是陕西省第四届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”分论坛。旨在邀请海内外在学术上崭露头角、创新能力强、发展潜力大的优秀人才，围绕国际前沿科学问题及热点研究领域进行学术研讨与交流，增进相互合作与互信，促成海内外英才来陕创新创业。
Ⅰ. An Introduction to theForum
Asthe parallel sessionof the 4 th Shaanxi Province Silk road Forum for Young Scholars, the 2th SilkRoad Forum for Young Scholars of Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications(XUPT)is intended to invitethe outstanding talents from home and abroad who are excellent in academic performance, strong in innovation and great inpotential of development, toconductacademic discussion and exchange on international cutting-edge scientificissues and hot spots researchfield,increase mutual cooperation and trust, and promote more talents from domesticand overseas to have their startups in shaanxi province.

活动一：参加陕西省第四届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”开幕式
活动二：参加西安邮电大学第二届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”
活动三：参加分领域学术研讨会和人才洽谈会等活动
活动四：在各院（部）和教师代表座谈，校园和实验室参观等活动

Ⅱ.Forum Time &Schedule
Forum Time :From September 4th-8th,2019
Activity1:Attending opening ceremony of the main session of the Fourth Shaanxi Province Silk Road Forum of Young Scholars.
Activity2:Attending the parallel session of the 2th Silk Road Forum for Young Scholars of XUPT
Activity3:Attending seminars about different academic areas and talentrecruitment conference, etc.
Activity4:Exchanges with faculty representatives, visits campus andlaboratory , etc.

通信、电子、计算机、自动化、经济、管理、数学、物理、外语、人文、艺术等学科领域。

Communications, Electronics, Computer,Automation, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Physics, Foreign languages,Humanities and Arts.
四、申请条件
具有博士学位（含在读博士），年龄一般在40岁以下，学风严谨，遵守法纪及职业规范。

Researchers with Doctor’s degree(including doctoral students) under the age of 40，A dedicated and conscientious research attitude andabidanceby laws and ethics
五、报名方式
申请人点击下载《西安邮电大学第二届丝绸之路青年学者论坛申请表》（点击下载），按要求填写后，附上申请人简历，一并发送至会务组邮箱：rsc@xupt.edu.cn
邮件主题：西安邮电大学第二届丝绸之路青年学者论坛+姓名+专业。
（一）申请参会人员需在邮件中注明个人信息，包括姓名、性别、出生年月、电子邮箱、所在国家或地区、工作或学习单位等；
（二）个人简历中应包含个人学习、工作经历，研究方向，业绩成果（需有论文清单）等；
（三）完成申请后请等待资料审核，通过资料审核的申请人将收到学校的正式邀请函；
（四）申请报名截止日期：2019年8月20日。
V ．How to Apply
To apply, you may download and fillout the application form ofthe 2th Silk Road Forum of XUPT for Young Scholars, and send the application form together with your CV by Email to the conference team: rcb@nwu.edu.cn.
Email subject should include:the 2nd Silk Road Forum for theYoung Scholars of XUPT+ your full name + your specialty of research.
1.Applicants are required to include the following information in the Email (name, gender, date of birth, Email address,country or region, work or study unit, etc.).
2.The CV should cover information with respectto prior study and work experience, research focus and achievements (a list ofacademic papers is required), etc.
3.Please wait for approval after lodging theapplication. The approved applicant will receive a formal invitation letterfrom XUPT.
4.Deadline for application: August 20th,2019.
六、论坛资助
学校将为受邀青年学者报销国内外往返交通旅费，并统一安排免费食宿以及机场、火车站接送服务。
VI.Forum Support
The XUPT will provide free accommodation and meals during the forum. Travel costs willbe reimbursed after XUPT registration. The journey invoices of air tickets or tickets of other means of transportation are needed to offer. Transfers fromand to the railway station or the airport will also be arranged during theforum.
